Refund Policy
At HealthCoachRitika.com, we strive to provide the best guidance and support for your health journey. However, due to the nature of our services, we have a strict refund policy as outlined below:
1. Refund Eligibility
A refund request must be made within 12 hours of purchasing a consultation or service.
No refunds will be issued after 12 hours, regardless of usage or dissatisfaction.
Once a session has been conducted or a plan has been shared, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Customized diet plans, consultations, and personalized guidance are non-refundable, as they involve time and expertise.
Any add-on services or bonuses provided with a package are non-refundable.
If you upgrade your plan, the previous payment will not be refunded or adjusted.
3. Refund Processing & Deductions
A payment gateway fee of 2% and a GST fee of 18% will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once a refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
